Egg Donation Process – Safe, Ethical & High Success IVF Solution

A scientifically advanced and legally compliant egg donation program designed to help you achieve parenthood with confidence, care, and complete transparency.

What is the Egg Donation Process ?

Egg donation program is an advanced fertility treatment where eggs from a healthy, carefully screened donor are fertilized with sperm in a laboratory through IVF. The resulting embryo is then transferred into the uterus of the intended mother to achieve pregnancy.

This treatment is highly recommended for women with:

  • Low ovarian reserve
  • Poor egg quality
  • Repeated IVF failures
  • Genetic conditions

At ARTBaby, we follow a step-by-step, medically supervised and legally compliant process to ensure the highest chances of success.

Step-by-Step Egg Donation Procedure

Donor Selection & Matching

[ Step 1 ]

We help intended parents choose a suitable egg donor based on physical appearance, blood group, educational background, culture, and medical history to ensure better genetic compatibility and emotional confidence.

Medical Screening & Legal Formalities

[ Step 2 ]

All donors undergo detailed medical and psychological screening, including AMH, CBC, HPLC, TSH, Urea, Creatinine, HbA1c, HIV 1 & 2, Hepatitis B & C, VDRL, Blood ABO & Rh typing, Glucose RBS, and SGPT tests. We select healthy donors aged 23–35 with proper BMI and healthy lifestyles, while ensuring informed consent, donor insurance, and compliance with the ART (Regulation) Act, 2021.

Cycle Synchronization

[ Step 3 ]

The donor’s and recipient’s cycles are synchronized using hormonal medications to prepare the uterus for embryo transfer and improve implantation success.

Ovarian Stimulation (10–12 Days)

[ Step 4 ]

The donor receives hormonal injections for 10–12 days to stimulate multiple egg development, with regular ultrasounds, hormone monitoring, and follicle tracking for safe treatment.

Egg Retrieval (Ovum Pickup)

[ Step 5 ]

Egg retrieval is a safe, minimally invasive procedure performed under sedation using ultrasound-guided aspiration. The process takes about 20–30 minutes, requires no stitches, and allows same-day discharge.

Donor Recovery & Follow-Up

[ Step 6 ]

Donors receive recovery medications and follow-up care after the procedure, with most returning to normal activities within a few days.
